Oculus plugin on Unity Asset Store warning not to upgrade to 2018.3.0f2. More info please!

There is a warning for the Oculus plugin on Unity Asset Store not to upgrade to 2018.3.0f2. (see below). 
"Due to an incompatibility with the Oculus Integration and all Unity 2018.3.x versions, we do not recommend upgrading to any 2018.3.x Unity Editor version."

Could you be more specific on the issue please. Is it the package manager issue?
