oculus-unity intergration issue
I am using Unity unity 5.1.2f1 and I just updated Oculus runtime version to 0.7 on windows 7. I have also updated my NVidia driver to 355.84 as recommended. I am getting these warning when I try to play my very simple scene in Unity:
[Compositor] ERROR: Compositor failed to initialize.
Bad config or LibOVR not found. VR disabled.
Could not set Oculus caps. VR disabled.
And VR is disabled in play mode. I don't know what is going on. I have tried adding Oculus SDK and Oculus Unity Utilities asset to the project as well but didn't resolved the problem.

I'm also not seeing any errors in the server log. Usually there may be multiple logs. Can you look for one with a larger file size, maybe it will have more info? - mocppHonored GuestThis one is much larger

---END OF DEADLOCK STATE--- - cyberealityGrand ChampionIt says there was a deadlock, looks to be related to power management.
Did your computer go to sleep, or are you locking it or something? - mocppHonored GuestNot at all. The OS is running normally without any sleep mode or anything else. I wonder if my Anti-virus or firewall could cause the dead-end?
- mocppHonored GuestUnbelievable! I uninstalled ZoneAlarm Firewall and now Oculus is working with Unity.
Thanks for your help. - cyberealityGrand ChampionYes, ZoneAlarm is known to cause issues. Good thing thinking of that.
- XianChuaHonored GuestI am also having a similar issue and don't have ZoneAlarm Firewall on my computer.
Been searching everywhere for a fix but nothing. The Demo scene works but it doesn't work in Unity.
I am running Unity 5.1.3 and the most recent Oculus Unity 5 Integration.
I get the errors as follows each one twice:
Compositor failed to initialize.
Bad config or LibOVR not found. VR disabled.
Pleasseee Please help! - XianChuaHonored GuestAnyone know of a solution? I am pretty desperate. I've been trying to post the oculus debug log but it keeps flagging it as spam.
