[OculusGO/Unity] Strange Sound Issue. Is it a known Bug?
In these several days, my Oculus Go projects start to behave strange.
When I build apk and run it, any sound or music does not stat playing until once I pause the app, go Oculus Go home and then come back to my app again.
After coming back the the app, all sounds perform fine.
This issue started happening in few days ago and I have never changes any setting of my projects.
Does anyone know how I can fix it or workaround it?

I checked the project to see if I could strip it down to send you and I found that the issue was gone.
I did not change any setting of the project but the issue was just gone.
If I see the same issue again, I will update this thread.
I belong to a Japanese Oculus developer community on facebook and I saw a guy who had exact same issue as I described here. I will contact him to see if he still have the same problem. - nielshoogExplorerHi @gedo831 , We still have the same problem. Did you happen to hear something or find a solution?

Yes it still occasionally happens but I cannot find the direct cause of the problem.
In my case, when I boot the app from Unknown Developer section of Oculus Go home app, it hardly happens or maybe never happens. When I boot the app directly from Build and Run button of Unity, it happens often. - nielshoogExplorer@gedo831 Hmm same here.. We have almost tried everything to fix it..We have already sought help at various places / forums / etc, but no one knows the solution or problem.Not many people are bothered by this and it is strange that it only happens occasionally and not all the time..Very annoying!!Hopefully someone will know more here ...

My Oculus GO has some other problems as well (https://forums.oculusvr.com/developer/discussion/comment/649193#Comment_649193) and now I am talking with Oculus's support team about fixing and/or replacing of my headset.
I will see what happens after fixing or replacing of my Oculus GO then I will update about this issue if there is any changes. - nielshoogExplorer@gedo831 We have different Go's and all new ones with this problem. I am going to investigate an 'old' go and also check for those other problems maybe it has something to do with each other..
- nielshoogExplorer@gedo831 I do not have any problems with the frame drops. But I have several go's and those with the problems have version 159390.2710.0 and 139090.3070.0. The 'older' one without any problems has version: 88830.2550.0Which oculus version do you have? Maybe this helps to find te problem.
- gedo831ProtegeMine was version 159390.2710.0 so it should be a newer version.
Now my GO is in Taiwan to be repaired so I cannot test anything with it.
If you have any small project which reproduce this issue, can you provide it to imperativity? - nielshoogExplorer@gedo831 I can make a super basic APK with only 1 sound (Without any additions)Where can I send it too? @@imperativity
- nielshoogExplorer@imperativity Basic APK is added. To reproduce the sound issue sometimes the first build the sound works, then when you change something in the scene and rebuild the audio is gone, pause the game en replay and the audio works again.If you need anything else, please let me know.
