One game, one PC, two Rifts

Is there any way to connect two Rifts to one PC and have them work independently of each other? Both as monitors should be simple, but how about both trackers? I'd like to order a second dev ki...

I could see this being a future for x-box or playstation, but that would be one expensive gaming console.
