OSX full screen is black
Hello,
I am having a problem when I create a build for OSX, the screen becomes black in full screen mode. The Oculus itself is working fine, I am only having problems with the game window on the computer. I need the game to be viewable in full screen because our app needs to be viewable on a large display, as well as the for the person wearing the Oculus.
I've tried making builds using Unity 5.3.1, 5.3.2 and now 5.3.3, and they all have the same issue. I've also noticed that when I make the game window resizable, and try to resize it, it becomes black as well.
When the Oculus is not turned on, the game window works fine in full screen mode and it can be resized. This issue is only when using the Oculus.
I made a video to demonstrate my issue. In the video I created a new project and imported the Oculus Utilities for Unity 5 into it. Then I made a build of the cubes demo scene. Obviously this issue is not specific to that scene. I am having this black screen issue with all unity projects that use the Oculus and on different computers.

I am using:

OSX El Capitan version 10.11.3
iMac (27-inch, Mid 2010)
Processor 2.8 GHz Intel Core i5
Graphics ATI Radeon HD 5750 1024 MB

- MikeJ3DHonored GuestToday I tried to downgrade my main Unity 5.3 project to Unity 5.2. I made a build with this version and it does work in fullscreen mode and the window resizes without a problem. However by downgrading, the project is filled with errors as well as all of the UI and audio not working anymore. I'd have to repair every asset in the whole project if I was to continue with 5.2.
I really hope there is a way to fix this issue with any version of Unity 5.3. Please help if you are also experiencing the black screen issue. Thanks. - cyberealityGrand ChampionDo you have the 0.5.0.1 OSX Oculus Runtime installed? We stopped supporting Mac since then, so I'm not sure if it's still fully working with recent versions of Unity.
- MikeJ3DHonored GuestI didn't know Oculus was no longer being updated for Mac. I do have 0.5.0.1 OSX Oculus Runtime installed.
- BrainloginProtegeSo why is Samsung on its official 'setup for mac-os' page recommending Oculus Mobile SDK 0.6.0.1?

Are we better off with 0.5.0.1? And doesn't Gear VR require its apps to be Oculus SDK 1.0 from now on? - Anonymous

Because they got something REALLY wrong here. Samsung doesn't even work on mac/OSX :P but this isn't Oculus fault. This is on the Samsung site and needs to be edit/change.
