OVR Headset Emulator not working

I'm using Unity for development, and I can't get OVR Headset Emulator working, I literally trying to use one sample scenes and can't get to work.

The project works fine on Quest and using Editor Mode "Any Android Device" with Quest plugged, but without, it simply doesn't do anything.
