OVRManager.InputFocusLost no longer reliable since home 1.37 update

As of the home update to 1.37 yesterday my game is getting a lot of false InputFocusLost events, even though the proximity sensor is completely covered. This is causing alot of issues since we implement several actions in the game to work with VRC guidelines such as hiding a UI, muting mics and audio output etc... so any false positives are a big problem. Any solution to this?

  • Also, this has been verified across 20+  individual HMD's so its not a hardware issue

  • I believe this was down to a bad runtime patch that was later fixed. If it's happening again i think your case is a different issue
