[OVRPlugin][ERROR] Error -1006 in CommitTextureSwapChain() for LayerId 2

This error recently started happening in my application after I updated to the new version of the Oculus runtime. Has anyone else experienced this? It happens after disabling the in-compositor loading screen I use.
