OVRShimLoader.cs errors in 0.4.3?

Anyone else seeing errors thrown for OVRShimLoader? I just installed the 0.4.3 files and I'm seeing the following two errors: Assets/OVR/Editor/OVRShimLoader.cs(46,32): error CS0117: `UnityEditor....

I was getting these errors as well. In another thread Cyber mentioned only Unity 4.5.5 is supported, So I opened my project up with that and things seem to be alright.
