Passthrough API Is it possible to generate a nav mesh of the "real world"
Is there a way to get data of the real wold "mesh" with this new API, for example chairs, table etc, to generate colliders and a nav mesh at runtime? I want to make a prototype for a pet game and the pet should walk in the "real world" on a navmesh.

There doesn't appear to be a way to do this at the moment, but I'm crossing my fingers something gets announced at Facebook Connect this October. AR isn't very useful without floors and walls to stick stuff to.
