problem with latest sdk

hi all,
I have downloaded latest ooculus sdk for windows platform. Now i am facing one problem like my oculus device head tracking is not working. What is the solution for it. What can i do for sorting out my head tracking issue.
And more over i am using dk1.
Please help me. I strucked with this reason.

    Did you download and install the Oculus Runtime, too? You need that in order to get tracking data.
