Processing Gaze in UI

I tried installing the samples from the Oculus Sample Framework after reading the article, but I had problems running. There are more simple tutorials for beginners? Where does it tell you how to create one button and use it for basic actions?

    I tried to create Processing Gaze in a new project, but failed... The cursor is not visible, and if you hover over the panel is a crash. Here is a link to my project https://github.com/rbforest/VR What am I doing wrong?
