quest 2 black screen while uploading the images in VR application on MS whiteboard using Unity3D

I'm using MS whiteboard in Unity VR application. I want to upload an image(screenshot) from oculus local storage. Right now I'm able to open the gallery and select the image. But I'm not able to go back to my Unity Application. I can only see a black screen.

Unity Version: 2021.3.23f1
Oculus Integration Kit: 55.0.0
Device: Oculus Quest 2
