Razer Hydra breaks rift movement

Hey.
So testing my demo, and when I plug the Hydra in, it causes the Rift to stop working until I unplug them and reset Unity.
How can I fix this? It seems like when the Hydras are plugged in, the mouse gets enabled, as I can look left and right by using the mouse, however the Oculus stays stationary.

Thanks for any help

This has been asked, and answered before. But without a forum Master Index (like here), the answers can be a bit hard to find.

You need to uninstall or disable any Hydra and/or Sixense drivers, which are known to cause this issue. Let the app itself communicate directly with the Hydra without interference with other drivers competing to talk to the device. Another issue (also documented) is with computers with USB3 support -- try plugging into a USB2 port, or try switching USB devices around to different USB ports.

    HTH ...
  • Yeah I think it was a problem with the USB ports like you said. Thanks!
  • And be sure you do not have Logitech mouse drivers installed. That is known to cause problems as well (depending on Rift firmware version).
  • What kind of problems gets Logitech drivers? I have a g25 and g15 hooked to my rig. I can't see any major flaws besides I have to unplug/plug the rift after the pc boots up (otherwise I won't get trackerdata).

There was a firmware update for Rifts that addressed the Logitech driver issue, so it may only be a problem for Rifts running the older firmware.
