SDK 4.4 STILL Black screen Unity DX11 build + Extended mode

Hi,

I STILL have a black screen in Unity DX11 build + Extended mode, BUT if I launch the app with CTRL key pressed and change the selected monitor then works fine.

Cheers

I suspect if you were to update to 4.5.5p3 (or later) and 4.6.0p1 you won't see this problem anymore.

    Patch builds are available here.

    Neither. I installed 4.6.0p1 and doesn't work.

    I have 2 monitors + Oculus

From left to right: Oculus + Monitor 1 + Monitor 2 (main)

By default app launch on the most right, I need to change to left to make works properly.
  • 4.6p1 does not have the fixes from 4.5.5 patches yet, that will be added in 4.6.1 next week, so might be that i will work then. One thing to test would be the latest patch of 4.5.5.

Are you launching your app with _DirectToRift.exe?

We recommend using that even in extended mode since it should handle targeting the correct monitor for you.

If not, there's a bug we need to fix!
