Sharing Spatial Anchors with Non-Meta Devices

Hello everyone,
I am wondering if there is a way to share spatial anchors with non-Meta devices. Specifically, I am interested in creating a separate app for Android that can visualize these anchors. Does anyone have experience or knowledge about this? Any guidance or resources would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    This is not possible to my knowledge. Anchors are a Meta system process not available on any other device. : (
