show a mouse pointer?
Any suggestions on how to use a mouse pointer with the oculus?
I'm working on a RPG which is mouse controlled similar to games like Diablo. I've just started messing with the oculus and would love to get my game all working on it.
So far it's going well and I love the look, but I can't find a simple way to convert the mouse pointer to work in VR.
As each eye is really one big screen, the mouse moves across the left eye and then the right making the game really hard to control.
Can anyone push me in the right direction to solving this?

- This comes up a lot. Have a look at our new AnswerHub (https://answers.oculus.com/questions/109/how-do-i-enable-mouse-picking-in-vr.html) and post there if none of the approaches works for you.

I ended up using a projector and basically the first method in the link you posted. It's not the best for my game, but its enough to get me moving around the world and able to test it all out in the oculus.
