Simply want to confirm: ONLY put camera post processing effects scripts and similar on CenterEyeAnchor?

Sadly, when doing that with single pass stereo using the Post Processing Stack 2 on github, the left viewport is blank. 

Thanks in advance for an answer and a recommended solution to use effects with Single Pass Stereo in 2017.3.
