Skybox water reflection problem on Unity 5.1.3f1

Can confirm this is happening with 5.1.1f1, 5.1.1p4 and 5.1.2.
Though 5.1.3 crashes outright with vr mode enabled so i cant confirm that one.
edit: Also just noticed that the screen mirror doesnt show this effect, its only visible directly in the HMD
