Sound Distortion and Compression artifacts
Hello Everyone,
I just got my rift today and integrated it into my unity project with ease.
I think my configuration may be a little different than others, as my game is a 3rd person controlled sidescroller.
In my integration I setup a traditional 3rd person controller and attached the OVR Camera Controller to my camera as a child.
Anyhow, I noticed since setting up the rift that all of my 3D audio files have become very muddy and distorted. The sound is very similar to MP3 compression artifacts if you are familiar with that. However all of my 2D sounds work great. Am I missing something?
Thanks,
John Rossitter

- JohnRossitterHonored GuestI think that I just answered my own question.
It looks like the OVR Camera Controller came with it's own Audio Listener, thus making 2 Audio Listeners running....ooops.
I disabled the Audio Listener on my top level camera and it works great now!
