Steps that work for SDK 0.4
Hi,
I had a couple of gotchas today starting with SDK 0.4. The Direct3d quirk and Windows didn't set the correct resolution in extended display mode.
So I wrote up the steps that worked for me.

Hopefully that saves someone else some pain.

Thanks for the tutorial! Really helpful even though I haven't received my DK2 yet ^^ :)
But I'm trying now to setup the SDK 0.4 in unity on one of my finished games for dk1, and when I press play after installing the integration all I get is a black screen.
Before pressing play, in the game view I can see the two Oculus camera views, but as soon as I press play the game runs but I can't see anything and it says "NO HMD AND SENSOR DETECTED". Does this mean that with the new SDK you cannot preview the game without plugin in your Oculus anymore?
Thanks!
