There are already several viewers that can show S3D panorams. VRPlayer, LiveViewRift, Whirligig, and others.

thanks for the reply. I already created the stereo panorama with 3ds max. I can view those panoramas with the viewers you mentioned. But I want to give a try with unity how to make my own very simple viewer.
