Strage flashing of whole scene or meshes

I'm workingon stuff and many times i get these sudden flashes when i used the rift. What is this about? I've experienced it in demo levels i bought from asset store. And i've experienced it just in the ground . The ground is another thing. From one distance it loooks one color and when you get close and look at it it changes to bright.
