Thumb and index finger touches do not respond in Oculus Integration_V 39 for custom hand

I am using unity 2021 LTS . Oculus integration 39. 

Started a new project (in Windows). Just added ovr player controller and custom hands. While running everything works fine except index and thumb fingers not moving. Its interactions are working

Please help to resolve this issue
