TOTAL NOOB, NEED HELP
Hi everyone, I'm a 3D artist and I've got my hands on Unity. I would really like to be able to make a simple demo where I can put some of my 3D model in a scene, and view them with my DK2.
The problem is, I have ABSOLUTELY no knowledge of programming whatsoever. :?
So, is there a video tutorial that shows step by step how to import a model in Unity and create a Direct To Rift executable to view it in the DK2?
If not, is there a shared Unity project that I can open and modify, to achieve what I need?
Or some place where can I find comprehensive instructions on how to do this?
Thank you!

- LightbournHonored GuestSame story here, except im running a mac. Also my mac is running 4 gigs of ddr3 ram with a 2.4ghz intel core 2 duo processor, any way to optimize it for the rift to run smoother fps?
- mugloreExplorerDo a little reading in the developer area, there is some good documentation. You can start by downloading the unity integration asset.

Just import this package into unity from the menu under > import asset package. Under the OVR directly in your new project, you will find a prefab directory that has some camera setups to get started. The new SDK added yesterday has support for mac builds. - RikkTheGaijinHeroic ExplorerI've found this video which is very helpful! 8-)

The processor and the amount of ram isn't really the issue, it's the graphics card.
