Unable to load shim: DisplayShim initialization failure
If I run my program (Whirligig player) and the Oculus hasn't been detected or is off in the Oculus Configuration program then I often get this message 'Unable to load shim: DisplayShim initialization ...
Was there any resolve on this?
I'm still getting this error in the latest builds and other people are reporting it with my program (Whirligig player). I imagine that the native VR support doesn't suffer from this but I can't use that yet as it doesn't support per eye rendering ( I need that to render stereo side by side video).
