Unity 5 / Real integration / Optimizations ETA?

Hi, When do we get the optimizations and real integration in Unity 5? I'm not 100% sure on this; but I seem to remember this being promised for March when Unity 5 was officially unveiled last month...

Unity was crashing on me seconds after pressing play mode when putting OVRPlayerController in my scene. It took me a couple days of tinkering, but I was able to get rift to pickup in u5 with a rather backwards approach.
