Unity 5.4.0b15 - 5.4.0b20 - Input not working in editor when you use Rift
Hello,
I have a strange problem. My input scripts are not working in Unity 5.4.15 or 5.4.20 editor if I advance past the health and safety screen in the rift. I am using the DK2 and Oculus Runtime 1.4.
If I don't advance past the health and safety screen the input works fine. Of course then I can't see my program in the rift. If I don't advance past the default screen and just start clicking the controller everything works. I can see the inputs in the log and the desired action happens but if I advance past the health and safety screen, by looking at the box, the inputs no longer register. This is only in the editor if I do build the input works fine.
I know there are many workarounds for me on this... just don't advance past the health and safety screen. Do a build to see your programming but both of these solutions are less than ideal.
I have updated to Unity 5.4.20 after experiencing the problem in 5.4.15 I also updated my plugin from 1.3 to 1.3.2
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you.

- vrdavebOculus StaffI can't reproduce this. Are you using OVRInput or some other input system? Does it still occur if you build OVR/Scenes/Room.unity? I tried that using the Xbox controller and it worked during and after the Health & Safety Warning.

Thank you for replying. I think I figured it out. For some reason the editor window was losing focus after I skipped through the Health & Safety Warning and would not respond. A click of the mouse on the editor window did the trick. Feel a little silly about the post now but it was your post that got me thinking about it so I guess it was worth it.
