Unity Not Detecting HMD

Well the Unity Integration is basically the SDK. It's the same thing. The only drivers are installed as part of the runtime, which I assume you installed if you say Tuscany and other games work.
The detection issue is strange, and I'm not sure what the problem is. I would try switching to Extended Mode if you are in Direct Mode, as some people have better luck in one mode or the other. Make sure only one Rift app is running at a time, because they can conflict.
