Unity Oculus Integration V37 Missing OVRPlugin.dll

Unity 2021.s.10f is complaining about missing OVRPlugin.dll. When using oculus driver in plugin management will cause crash when playing from editor. Builds work okay. 

Workaround us OpenXR, however this does not work well with OVR scripts like camera rig or char controller.

Oculus XR v1.11.2
