Unity Oculus Screen Monitoring

I'm trying to develop these features using Unity VR Oculus Meta Quest 3. Does Oculus provide these features?

1. Sharing media playback screens 

 

2. Monitoring other users' play screens 

I want to implement these features, but I don't have any reference materials, and I wonder if the Oculus Unity package supports the implementation of these features.
