Unity to oculus go

hi, what do I need to do to be able to walk about in my unity scene on the go, I can upload it and view ok, i just can’t move about in it, I’ve tried different  assets and watched several tutorials, I still can’t get it to work, is there a tutorial or asset for dummies that I can use please. Thanks
