Update on the micro gesture support for hands ISDK

It was announced in Connect 2024 last month, but I am yet to see any signs of it. I am talking about the micro gestures with thumb and the index finger (similar to the d-pad gestures). From their research paper (https://dl.acm.org/doi/10.1145/3613904.3642702)
