using celebrities and known products

Hey,

I want to create an Oculus experience where I have known celebrity figures wearing known clothes and sneakers (say Van Dam wearing Clippers uniform and Adidas sneakers). 

How can I do this without breaking the law? is there a way for me to get/pay for their consent? if so, how would I do it?
