Virtual Reality SDK Oculus failed to initialize

Attaching the screenshot of the error with all details. Any suggestions on how to resolve?

Did you find any solution for this ? I can not activate my oculus in unity. Unity version : 2019.1.14  Oculus sdk 1.39. I tried it with 1.40. It does not work. @ReticleStudio  @tnkumar
