Virtual Reality SDK Oculus failed to initialize

Attaching the screenshot of the error with all details. Any suggestions on how to resolve?

 Thank you It works this solutions. I just deleted dll's with simple solution before but I lost alot of time for it. I hope you will find solution in new version.
