Watermark/Logo overlay

This probably has a pretty straightforward answer but does anyone know of a good way to overlay a watermark/logo to the monitor view while keeping it from rendering in the headset itself?

  • Hi,

I'm looking around to see if there is a straightforward way to achieve this. I will update this post when I have something to share.

Cheers, I've been searching without much luck yet. Some UI packages seem like they might have the functionality but I'm a bit reluctant to buy them when I'm not certain
  • @imperativity alrighty I'll give that a go, cheers, though I'm guessing it would be kinda performance heavy to have another camera rendering the whole scene? I guess I'd set the camera to only render a separate layer with the logo on it, but then I need to test whether it will overlay on the existing first person view or if i'd be displaying just the logo, nothing else.
  • Alright, sorting out with the culling mask and depth. Not fully resolved yet but I think its just going to be fiddling with the settings
