Weird lightmapping artifacts Unity 5.1.0 [Solved]

I'm having some weird artifacts while i'm baking my prototype scene. All the scene is correctly baked.. just perfectly done,BUT.. just a room is wrongly baked and i've tried changed some options in...

Yes i know.. i'm absolutely convinced as well that it's not an Oculus issue..

But i wanted to try here to see if i could get some help,thanks anyway :)
