What tools do I need to activate something from a computer to Quest 3 devices? [Unity]

So i want to start a experience on multiple Quest 3 devices running an app at the sametime. I dont need a multiplayer setup, but just to check on the computer if al Quests 3 are connected to the PC, and to run a function from the PC to all the Quests at the same time. Do you know any tool that would help me solve this? I count with wireless connection, i dont know if it is better to go bluetooth or wifi.
