When Is Inside Out Body Tracking (IOBT) Expected?

When is the new Inside Out Body Tracking (IOBT) expected to appear for the Unity SDK? Are there any estimates? Are there any details on how it will be made available? Will it simply replace the existing IK-based body tracking?
