Where can I download Unity 4.x Legacy Integration v0.4

My Rift DK1 only can work in oculus_runtime_rev_1_sdk_0.4.4_win. But I can't find Unity 4.x Legacy Integration v0.4 to support for my unity . Where can I download Unity 4.x Legacy Integration v0.4

DK1 should be working with the 0.8 Runtime and latest version of Unity.
