Where is the documentation for v5.1.1f1, Oculus Utilities v

Where is the documentation for v5.1.1f1, Oculus Utilities v0.1.0, OVRPlugin v0.5.0 ? I downloaded the plugin (OculusUtilities_0_1_0_beta.zip) but it comes with no readme or help on how to use it!

What is going on here?
