Where is the latest OVRPlugin for Unity?

Hey folks, Maybe I'm just being a dummy, but I can't find the Unity OVRPlugin download.  From the Oculus utilities page: https://developer.oculus.com/downloads/game-engines/1.3.2/Oculus_Utilities_...

The recommended version to use is Unity 5.3.5f1 and should come built in with the plugin.
