Why Do You Have To Verify Your Organization On App Lab

I don't know if you still are curious about this, but the answer is "you don't have to" if you're a hobbyist or solo game make. I'm a hobbyist developer and I, too, recall seeing something under my organization page that made me think that I had to give them my "company" information - letterhead, tax ID info, etc. It ended up being poorly written instructions or a link that wasn't obvious or something like that. Unfortunately, it's not visible on my org page anymore so I can't provide better info than that. Perhaps if you responded with a screenshot of the page you're looking at, it would jog my memory.
