Why is the OVR Platform Tool so Awful for uploading split binaries?
I have an ongoing issue where the OVR Platform Tool gets stuck on "uploading" and doesn't move for hours. Sometimes it works, but more than half the time it doesn't. This happens on both LIVE builds...
aaaaand I just cancelled another attempt after waiting for 3 hours and no progress was made on the upload...sigh...
