Work/Personal Account metaquest setup

Hi, I accidentally started to set up a personal metaquest 3 as a work account then realised my mistake. How do I stop/delete this so I can set up as a personal account?

    Hey there, Bethany! 

     

    Thanks for reaching out. If you are unable to get off the screen asking for an organization email then a fix for this would be to update the headset via USB using the Meta Quest software update tool.

     

    You can do this by holding the power button and volume (-) on the headset down to get to the USB update screen. Then scroll down to the sideload option and follow the steps on the update tool guide. Hope this helps!
