XRSim release notes window blocks simulator

I have installed latest Meta XR Simulator (1.17.10) coming with the 71.0.0 package using Unity Package Manager and I can't close the Release Notes popup window as shown in the image attached. Close Button does not react to clicks. This blocks the whole Simulator window.

    Thanks for your bug report.

    Can you check your screen's DPI and see if its at 100% or larger?

    If its not 100%, can you set it to 100% and see if you can click the close button? 

    Sometimes if the DPI scaled, then the hit locations for the buttons will be off.

    it works! thank you. Setting screen DPI to 100% solved the issue.
