Can We able to develop multiplayer application using Oculus Platform SDK across cross platform(exe)?

Hi..
I am developing multiplayer application using Oculus platform SDK. Can I use this SDK for Cross platform(Non-Oculus exe)?
Please let me know the feasibility.

    Non-Oculus? I think that you should take a look at PUN then.
