[Gear VR / Go] Fixed foveated rendering support in 4.19 or 4.20 ?

Just saw Oculus GDC 2018 keynote (via RoadToVR live blog) and I am pretty excited about fixed foveated rendering feature.
I am wondering if UE 4.19 already has support for that or if it's coming in UE 4.20.

As I heard, it is going to be something for Oculus Go and not something in the Engine....maybe even just an API call, like "enable fixed fov" and it will not be multiplatform (Gear/Go/Vive/RiftPSVR)
