[GearVR]["SOLVED"] 4.12.5 project no longer runs :(

So if I make a template project, build it for Gear VR - it runs. However old project that worked with 4.12.4 no longer runs on Gear VR with UE 4.12.5. I don't get it. It's frustrating  :#

Do you guys have any idea why?

    This gets even weirder - I opened FMOD Studio, built project again, and it worked :/

    If that's not a coincidence, why on Earth does FMOD Studio need to be opened in order for a project that uses FMOD plugin (not from Oculus) to be built properly o.O
